Welcome to Promethean Fitness.
My name is Ryan Dunne.

Over the past 7 years, I have been helping people just like you fit more exercise and thoughtful movement into their lives. I am passionate about health and fitness but I understand how hard it can be to stay motivated and consistent when life is always getting in the way. It happens to me too! 

I want to help as many people as I can to find the space within your existing commitments to give your heart and your muscles the attention that they need so that you can lead a life free from unnecessary pain and noises when you lift stuff up! Together, we can have you moving better and stronger than you ever have before, and build habits that will see you maintain it well into old age. Whatever your short to medium term goals, I know that is ultimately what we all want. 

My approach to hybrid coaching means that you can come and train with Promethean Fitness in person several times a week or you can work away in the gym at a time that suits you with a plan which is designed by a professional with a long-term structure in mind and check-in with your coach on-line or with periodic in-person training sessions. Welcome to the modern way to train functional fitness.
