What is personal training - really?

In-person training is probably the closest to what you think of when you think of personal training. But what does it comprise of really? 


Exclusively in-person training with Promethean Fitness is ideal for beginners to lower intermediate starters or for anyone who is nervous of the gym. With this type of training, your coach creates a programme specific to you and your goals and guides you through your workouts in a private Personal Training studio (based in Kilcock, Co. Kildare) up to four times per week.


Over time, your coach will teach you how to set up equipment and perform particular movements so that you will be able to go to the gym on your own if that's what you want to do!
